About the Role:

The Kitsch Hen is looking for a Biscuit Baker to join their friendly bakery team in Oakham. This Full time role is ideal for someone who enjoys baking biscuits to perfection and takes pride in producing delicious, high-quality treats.As a Biscuit Baker, you ll focus on mixing and baking biscuits from their signature recipe, ensuring every batch is consistent in quality and taste. Ideally, you will have some previous baking or food production experience, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Key Duties:

• Preparing biscuit dough according to our single, established recipe
• Baking biscuits to the correct time and temperature
• Monitoring batches to maintain consistent quality
• Assisting with ingredient preparation and stock management
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the baking area
• Working closely with the team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Ideally some baking or food production experience
• Passion for baking
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop baking skills
