Seeking an Associate Therapist starting at $80,000/year for a nationally recognized residential addiction treatment program.

• Provides assessment, crisis intervention, addiction education, group facilitation, family engagement, individual counseling, and discharge planning.
• Facilitates therapy groups and family sessions, manages caseloads, and documents progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contacts families, coordinates with internal and external providers, and develops individualized treatment and continuing care plans.
• Participates in staff conferences, collaborates across departments, and maintains client confidentiality.
• Requires minimum 2 years of psychosocial assessment, dual diagnosis experience, and knowledge of 12-step recovery. A Master's degree and valid clinical license are preferred.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, available for after-hours/weekend work, and committed to patient-centered care.
