Overview
A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Marketing to drive demand generation and pipeline growth in high-stakes enterprise markets. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing and leading a small team, this role will focus on developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across key sectors such as retail, healthcare, logistics, critical infrastructure, data centers, and event venues.
This is a high-visibility leadership role with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a mission-driven company.
Comp: approximately 250-300k base + 20% bonus + equity
Responsibilities
- Lead global enterprise demand generation through ABM, digital, content, and event-driven initiatives.
- Develop scalable, data-driven marketing campaigns targeting C-suite and senior leaders.
- Align marketing efforts with sales and revenue goals, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Optimize performance through analytics, CRM insights, and KPI tracking to enhance ROI.
- Oversee brand-building, thought leadership, and customer engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership experience in marketing, preferably in high-growth companies.
- Proven success in demand generation, integrated marketing, and global expansion.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and product teams.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
- Startup experience is a plus.
First 90 Days Focus
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and assess existing marketing programs.
- Develop a strategic demand generation plan aligned with business objectives.
- Launch high-impact campaigns and establish KPI benchmarks for tracking success.
