Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement behavioral interventions for children with autism

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment

• Provide training and consultation to staff members on behavioral strategies and techniques

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program goals and objectives

• Stay current with best practices in ABA and integrate new knowledge into practice

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible to become certified

• 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
