GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer.

This role focuses on customer service and building connections with visitors at office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments.

• Site Location: San Francisco, California
• Schedule: 32 hours
• Schedule Details:
  • Tuesday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Thursday & Friday 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Competitive hourly wage of $24.95/hour (DailyPay available)

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Corporate or Home Office security experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience - an advantage
• State security license and additional 32-hr BSIS security trainings (additional trainings available during hiring)
