Kennedys, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked global law firm, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Associate or Special Counsel with at least seven years of insurance coverage experience to support its national and international coverage practice. The position is based in CA, but our culture fosters global collaboration daily.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of insurance coverage experience. In this role, the attorney will advise insurance companies in a variety of coverage matters and represent insurance companies in coverage disputes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing global law firm as it expands its presence on the West Coast.

Candidates should have experience analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation. The ideal candidate also will have taken and defended depositions, attended court conferences, and argued motions.

Competitive salary and benefits package offered. Remote working arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Attorney compensation ranges from approximately $165,000 to $225,000 annually. Salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
