Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment plans

• Provide telehealth-based ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies

• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to drive clinical decision-making

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment delivery

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)

• Active LBA in Texas, New Jersey, Georgia (if not, we'll help you obtain one)

• Strong foundation in ABA principles and best practices

• Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities

• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and treatment adjustments

• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
