Design & Technology (DT) Teacher - Andover
Prospero Teaching are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to support one of our partner schools in the Andover area. This opportunity is ideal for a teacher who enjoys hands-on learning and can inspire students' creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving across Key Stages 3-4.

What were looking for:
Confident teaching across key DT areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, Graphics, Textiles, or Food
Strong awareness of workshop safety and confident use of tools and equipment
Ability to plan and deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Positive, consistent classroom-management skills
A collaborative, proactive approach within the DT department
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and strong ECTs with a passion for practical learning.

Location - Andover, Hampshire

Start date - ASAP
Contract type - Temporary/Long-term
Duration - Ongoing
Full time
Pay - GBP168 to GBP261 per day (dependent on experience and payscale)

Eligibility:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong curriculum knowledge across KS3-KS4 DT
Confident workshop practice and commitment to safety
Good communication and organisational skills
Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to high teaching standards
