Manages the business and clinical operations of Stow Urgent Care, Primary Care and Occupational Medicine for Western Reserve to include: managing patient care, employee selection, training, patient accounts and records, and overall compliance and regulatory processes. Guides self-directed work teams to ensure high quality, excellent patient care. Manages future planning, goal setting and budgets for assigned areas.

1.Education and Training
Bachelors degree in business, nursing or related field required. Master's in Healthcare or business administration preferred.

Four (4) to six (6) years progressive management experience in an office/clinic setting. Two years of revenue cycle/business office operations, which demonostrates leadership and experience in business/program start-ups.

3.Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
General financial analysis skills, including budget development, financial report analysis, and payor mix analysis. Strong computer skills required.
