We are looking for someone to join our Digital Asset Management Production team as a Project Coordinator. The most qualified candidate would coordinate data organization efforts across several projects and workflows. The candidate should be hard-working, comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, able to adapt to changing priorities, and intrinsically motivated to see projects/responsibilities to completion at the highest quality. Previous experience working with spreadsheets, and formulas will be necessary, as well as an understanding of scripting, as it pertains to data processing automation.

* Maintaining and analyze project workflow standards
* Prepare and distribute projects to team members
* Collecting and organizing data in a way that is easy to interpret
* Providing administrative support as needed
* Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, and expenditures
* Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
* Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
* Manage the project calendar for fulfilling each goal and objection


Required Qualifications:

* BSc/BA Degree or foreign equivalent
* 1-3 years of relevant experience managing projects in a technology production or creative field
* Scripting knowledge
* Familiarity with structuring, extracting and maintaining databases information (ie Access, SQL, internal DBs)
* Experience with project tracking software - JIRA experience a plus!
* Mid to Advanced level experience with creating spreadsheets and building out formulas (Excel, Google Sheets)
* Excellent problem-solving skills, and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
* Ability to communicate effectively, and keen attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
* Ability to multi-task and work between priorities
