ITIL) including service improvement, incident management and/or root cause analysis.Demonstrated experience in Edge Computing or site to site communications.Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and influence executive audiences.
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.

Technical Program Manager 2 for Critical Environment Telemetry is a strategic role for Microsoft's datacenter critical environment. Microsoft uses Critical Environment telemetry from its cloud infrastructure to drive continuous operational excellence and resource efficiency to. This global thought-leadership function will drive the on-going development and improvement of the technology ecosystem that supports this data pipeline.
The technical ecosystem builds on, expands, and improves extensibility of industrial control system telemetry to first- and third-party applications and systems while showcasing Microsoft's Azure and cybersecurity platforms. This high visibility technical execution role will influence and advance Microsoft's data center strategy while working collaboratively across teams and divisions to develop infrastructure design and strategy aligned to a common roadmap.The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of cross-organizational projects to deploy Microsoft internally developed telemetry gathering solutions into data centers worldwide.
They will work across teams of engineers in the industrial controls, electrical, and mechanical disciplines, as well as project managers who manage the on-site work required to install, configure, and troubleshoot any equipment or enhancements required at the data center site.
