As a core member of our Financial Statement and Regulatory Reporting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role: You will manage the coordination and completion of financial and regulatory reporting services provided to CFS clients. Lead assigned financial and regulatory reporting engagements including planning, budgeting, client relationship management and delegation to staffResponsible for providing training and guidance on accounting standards and regulations relevant to financial statements for funds under US GAAP and IFRSContribute to identifying, researching and communicating recent authoritative pronouncements for funds to the Financial and Regulatory Reporting group and clients Lead a team of Financial and Regulatory Reporting staff, ensure their work is produced accurately and to high standards, and ensure that the work is allocated appropriately and reviewed thoroughlyEstablish staff goals, prepare performance evaluations and direct individual and group staff meetingsDevelop strong relationships with internal parties, clients and audit firm personnelRecognize and communicate potential opportunities for new clients as well as value added service enhancements for existing clientsWrite and/or review various reports related to engagementsPrepare ad hoc reports for the client upon requestAttend meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge to be passed down to the teamAbout You:You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in funds.IFRS and US GAAP experience with financial statements for funds Experience in leading a team of accountants and/or auditorsStrong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements for fundsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsCA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or other professional designation preferred Ability to travel as necessaryExcellent communication and writing skillsOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
