com to get the ball rolling!What You Will Be Doing- Oversee tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability- Hold primary client responsibility, and, in some cases, oversee specific areas of client service - Complete preparation of more complex tax returns, reviewing easy to medium returns and researching technical issues - Aid business development with clients and non-clients to expand our practice, and beginning to develop prospects - Concentrate on practice development with both prospective and existing clientsWhat You Need for this Position- 5+ years of Public Accounting experience- Bachelors Degree in Accounting - Experience preparing and reviewing complex returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, LLCs, partnerships, Real Estate, Construction, etc. - Strong working knowledge of tax law and other professional standards/regulationsWhat's In It for You- 160k-200k+ Base Salary- Bonus - Medical - Dental - 401K Match - Competitive PTO - Flexible work scheduleTax Directors and Senior Tax Managers are encouraged to apply ASAP and/or you can send your resume to me directly at: alex.acevedo@cybercoders.comApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
