We are in search of a talented Structural Engineer to join our team, focusing on stabilizing, reinforcing, and waterproofing basement spaces. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in structural engineering, particularly in foundational projects involving concrete and steel.

This role requires expertise in residential structures and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to deliver optimal solutions. Responsibilities: Conduct structural analysis and design for basement repair projects, emphasizing stability and longevity. Collaborate closely with contractors and construction teams to ensure the proper implementation of engineering solutions.

Perform site inspections to evaluate structural integrity and identify necessary repairs. Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications adhering to industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Offer technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the construction process.

Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining engineering concepts in accessible terms. Stay informed about advancements in structural engineering technology and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural Engineering preferred).

5-7 years of demonstrated experience in structural engineering, with a focus on residential projects. Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) candidates considered with relevant qualifications. Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools.

Experience with concrete and steel products highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated team player capable of managing tasks and meeting deadlines independently.

Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Previous customer-facing experience preferred
