The flow does voltage characterization, runs ATPG and BIST tests and performs automated wafer repairAutomate and improve bringup and debug processes to significantly increase production of silicon and systemsCollaborate closely with the ASIC Design, Verification, Test Engineering and Bringup teamsEnable production engineers to automatically start and monitor bringup of systemsWrite & improve tests to give easily understood error reportingAutomate commonly encountered problemsSkills & QualificationsCreate and maintain a Python based bringup and debug flow.
