The selected candidate will perform a variety of engineering tasks including: analysis, design, development, code review, and test for our product areas. The software engineer will work both individually and as part of our agile development team. Candidates must be self-motivated individuals who can understand technical concepts, communicate clearly, and are able and willing to collaborate on technical items within the larger team.
Qualifications you'll bring:US Citizenship and ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearanceBachelors or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering10+ years of related experience, including Java development experienceSolid understanding of complex software design concepts, patterns, tools, and best practicesExperience with distributed/asynchronous programming paradigmsProven delivery of production-grade applications including security, diagnostics, maintainability, scalability, auditing, and complex multi-layer troubleshootingExperience developing RESTful APIs that interface with browser-based UIsAbility to thrive in an Agile teaming environmentQualifications that are nice to have:Experience with Go (Golang), C/C+, and/or scripting languages such as PythonExperience with DevSecOps pipeline tooling such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible and/or Foreman, etc.Experience with Web technologies such as Javascript/React, HTML5, and CSSExperience with ?container deployments and container orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)Experience with AWS (including AWS Certifications) and/or cloud native technologiesKnowledge of microservice architectures?Working knowledge of signal processing fundamentalsWillingness to learn and apply the best technology for a given application or serviceWhat We Can Offer You:- We've been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.- Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.
