Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forwardPrimary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Senior Project Manager Engineering, we'll count on you to:Direct and coordinate work of multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out) Responsible for all aspects of large complex planning and engineering projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff Produce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with contractual, planning, and engineering meetingsConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and scheduleWork with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews Implement QA/QC proceduresSupervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers Perform other duties as neededQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Geology 10 years related experienceA minimum 5 years project management experienceCalifornia Professional Engineer (PE) license or Professional Geologist (PG) licenseMS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skillsLeadership skills and ability to work in a team environmentStrong oral and written communication skillsMay require the ability to travelLocated in Pacific Standard Time zone preferred, but not requiredAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustPreferred QualificationsMaster's degreePMP certificationWhy HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for it's also about what you do and how you do it.

The expected compensation range for this position is $127,589.00 - $215,410.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
