We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to participate in the NPI (New Product Introduction) stage of GPU Compute Modules, identify quality issues that may arise in the field, continuously drive quality and reliability improvement. You will greatly influence quality across the company through interactions with internal and external engineering groups. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of AI (Artificial Intelligence)/Data Center products, excellent analytical skills with a strong structured problem-solving background and proven experience in failure root cause resolution.

Your hands-on failure analytical skills and strong quality mindset are essential as you will be working to drive GPU Data Center products quality improvement initiatives and programs.What you'll be doing:Detailed failure analysis, identifying root-cause of customer reported issues - Perform PCB-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FA.Define appropriate characterization techniques to root cause complex problems.

Continuously apply sophisticated analysis tools and methodology. Apply knowledge of system design, electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing to propose containment and corrective action for design/production/supplier.Share lesson-learn from previous field quality issues; give early input via DFMEA to ensure known quality, reliability, manufacturing issues are identified, and risks are mitigated.

Assist in generating 8D failure analysis reports and verify/characterize corrective actions' effectiveness.Quality representative to internal teams, supporting activities for customer quality and internal quality requirements.What we need to see:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of hands-on experience in PCB level hardware verification/debug and signal integrity measurement.Proficient in power electronics analysis, PCB level troubleshooting and debugging.Knowledge on Linux system and Linux Shell Scripts.

Exceptional problem solving and Failure Analysis, strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.The technical background of server products design verification/validation, production testing, or statistical analysis is a plus.Good communication and documentation skills.

The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 212,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
