LocationNHQPurposeTo supervise and manage the Dealer Development (DD) Brand Identity group to ensure all established policies & procedures relating to the Hyundai and Genesis Brand Identity standards are followed, and all dealer records and data are accurately maintained. Major ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement, as approved, Hyundai Facility and Brand Identity standards to all Hyundai dealerships that have not already completed the current Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI). The GDSI has three main pillars: (1) Exterior Design standards (2) interior design standards (Corporate Identity Standards CIP 2.0) (3) Sign Program.

Manage the survey process for all related GDSI branding initiatives.Review all Dealer Agreement packages to ensure compliance to HMA facility and branding guides, requirements, policies & procedures, and verify all documentation is accurate. Strategic Planning - Work with other Dealer Development heads to create effective strategy concepts to meet short and long term goals.

Help develop regional business plans and the mid-long term Dealer Development Plan.Work as the lead on the National Dealer Assessment initiative to consolidate dealer measurement tools and maintain the contribution of DD data to the Regional Scorecard. Major Responsibilities (continued)Act as a Dealer Development liaison to Genesis Motor America for their new stand-alone dealership design, mall dealership designs, sign initiatives, and as necessary, any other Dealer Development related activities.

Coordinate and communicate priorities in collaboration with Hyundai Regional Market Representation teams to accomplish Dealer Development goals.Manage regional communication including conference calls, emails, and meeting presentations.Manage and support the career development of the department staff.

Develop and track the budget, and manage all finance and purchasing activities as required.Prepare ad hoc reports for HMNA, HMC & HMA executive management as required.Assist the management of special projects such as Future Retailing and Car-sharing.

Manage multiple vendors to successfully implement the current branding initiatives (GDSI/CIP/GMA Branding).AuthorityReview incoming requests for Dealer enhancement funds and reject or approve for executive approval. Review dealer packages and reject or approve for executive review.

All aspects of Hyundai's dealer image program.Education~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor's degree preferred~ Master's degree a plusRelated ExperienceTen to twelve years of experience, of which seven years of automotive wholesale experience. Two years' experience in Dealer Development and Market Representation related activity preferred.

Automotive field management positions and contact experience a plus. Three to five years of supervisory experience desired.Skills/KnowledgeStrong organizational skills.
