Our Newest Opportunity: Reporting to the VP, Digital Business Solutions, the Senior Director of Data, Analytics, and Integrations is accountable for delivering strategic business imperatives, driving the adoption of modernized analytics at OneDigital, this includes identifying opportunities, establishing operational processes, driving documentation standards, and embracing modern analytic capabilities. This role will drive transformation of OneDigital integration and data capabilities through the establishment and application of integration and data governance, communication, standards, and processes. This position is an excellent opportunity for an analytic thought leader who has experience driving change and with knowledge of modern software best practices and can deploy and operate analytics in a production environment.

This role is critical to driving OneDigital's overall business strategy and is key to achieving business results.Principal AccountabilitiesBuild an effective and scalable integrated enterprise architecture to ensure a smooth end to end experience and a high degree of data quality. Bring consistency to existing integrations to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise integration architecture.

Collaborate with the Product organization, IT teams, and business stakeholders in establishing the vision, architecture and implementation plan for the integration and data capabilities and drive the realization of that vision/architecture.Lead the establishment and adoption of integration and master data management processes, principles, standards, and metrics to drive industry-leading capabilities, performance, scale while embracing agility and fast pace of innovation and change.Clearly articulate, plan and drive implementation of next gen integration and data layers to senior leaders while inspiring internal teamsDrive a solutions strategy roadmap which integrates business applications with business needs to optimize and grow the business.

Implement an organizational model to improve analytics maturity, and work with the business and IT teams to improve data literacy and shift the culture to a data driven organization.Build partnerships with senior and executive business stakeholders to identify, define, & prioritize opportunities for data solutions to improve & enhance business processesEngage with business and functional leaders in the organization to identify and scope strategic partnership opportunities with transformative and disruptive data and analytics capabilities that have value creation potentialIdentify ways to leverage emerging and disruptive capabilities including machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, artificial intelligence, robotics/automation, internet of things, big data technologies, and digital enablementProactively manage and optimize the Data, Analytics, and Integrations budget, staffing plans and vendor relationships.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, rapid quality delivery, and accountability.

Manage and support data quality improvement initiatives related to customer master data including run-the-business customer master data support, customer hierarchy mapping and research, account cleanups, and issue resolution with external customers and internal stakeholdersOptimize existing data analytics architecture, governance, platforms, and visualization capabilitiesDrive continuous improvement in systems performance and overall capability while proactively planning and monitoring for potential budgetary impactsDrive the creation and oversight of data management, governance, and master data requirements to ensure functional master data integrity across the organization is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.Lead and inspire a team of data professionals to create and maintain data products that rely on MDM, UI, and integration tools as core technologiesPlay a key role in deciding technologies and related roadmap for development, testing, deployment of AI/machine learning models.Define, manage, and advance enterprise information management principles, policies and programs for stewardship, advocacy, and custodianship of data analytics in concert with legal, information security, and corporate risk and compliance officesPrimary ContactsThe CIOIT leadership team and staffVP of IT Strategy & GovernanceVP Digital Business ApplicationsChief Product Officer and Product TeamBusiness unit executives and teamsOther business function executives (for example, finance, HR and legal executives)Outside vendors and technology leadersPreferred QualificationsBA, BS or master's degree in a Computer Science or Information systems related discipline15+ years' work experience in increasingly senior analytical roles in technology, insurance, brokerage, or finance industry7+ years' experience leading & developing on and offshore teams of analystsPractical experience working with or leading teams working on modern reporting tools (Power BI), Master Data Management Tools (Reltio, Semarchy, etc.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists. The candidate should be able to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels while building rapport.Proven record of effective and decisive leadership, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, build teams and consensus, get things done through others not directly under his/her supervision, and work ethically and with integrity.

Partners with other business leaders to identify opportunities for significant technology and process enhancements.Experience with a variety of architectural environments, applications, integrations, and data layers including but not limited to data lakes, business intelligence analytics, ETL & data modeling, Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC, product information repositories, and marketing lead generation software/websitesSolid understanding of analytics, applications, best practices, and emerging IT technologies related to sales and marketing supportDemonstrated experience in harmonizing complex, cross-functional processes and information management strategies to drive new insights and deliver corporate objectivesAdvanced capability for structured problem-solvingLeadership experience with a responsible team, demonstrating the ability to grow talent and promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and agility.

In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
