The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for guiding and managing all phases of construction projects at our airports, airfields, and other facilities.Position Overview: The Senior Construction Manager will be in charge of overseeing projects from design to completion, while operating within company policies and procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of project budgets, schedules, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of construction, including budgeting, scheduling, personnel management, and quality controlOversee the design and site development of airport, airfield, and facility projectsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budgetDevelop detailed estimates and budgets for projectsImplement FAA, CFR, and other regulations to ensure projects are compliantEnsure projects are completed in accordance with safety standards and regulationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldExtensive experience in airport, airfield, and/or vertical constructionExperience with $100M+ Projects as an Owners RepNice to Have Skills:Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredCertified Construction Manager (CCM) or NICET certification preferredBenefitsCompetitive Salary ($160k - $200k DOE)Vacation/PTOMedical, Dental, Vision401kBonusRelocationApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsairfieldairportConstructionAICPRunwayConstruction ManagerFAACFRPEPMP.
