The Regional Director works directly with the Area Managers, Showrooms and Design Consultants to seamlessly deliver on these expectations while driving results and supporting company initiatives. As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing market trends, supporting Trade initiatives/relationships, and ensuring the Field has and uses all the tools necessary to deliver on company initiatives and financial goals. WORK ACTIVITIES AND TASKS Delivering Sales and Profitability Responsible for Regional Sales plan including detailed Showroom and DC performance.

Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports in conjunction with the Strategy and Analytics team to identify areas for improvement and make informed strategic decisionsDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region that aligns with the company's growth objective and values. Reviews Showroom P&L statements for opportunities to control expenses Monitor new showroom performance and adjust plans as necessary to deliver sales performance and key metric expectationsEliminate obstacles to driving sales by providing Day to Day support to the Area Managers Ensure Field teams are focused on sales driving activities Managing Field Team Performance Conduct monthly meetings within all designated regions to reinforce corporate communication and initiatives Ensures Regional compliance to all company initiatives and customer impact time sensitive tasks Works closely with Operations Team to ensure proper coverage in region including DC transfers and relocationsSupport Area Manager with new hire onboarding and on-site training Interview prospective candidates and play a pivotal role in additional headcount and hiring decisions Ensure continuous learning and compliance on new process/tools/products; collaborate with QA teamResponsible for career development and team planning across the regionEnsure successful showroom openings in partnership with Area Manager and Operations teamInfluencing Market Trends/Relationships Stays current with industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to proactively adapt sales strategies and tactics. Identify and assess new market opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends to strategically position the company for growth.

Supports Trade and delivers on strategic alignment and executionProvide regional insights and best practices to larger corporate teamFacilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation, product delivery and post installation.Ensure field team is equipped with necessary tools and strategies to effectively engage clients, exceed sales targets and consistently achieve showroom and key performance metrics.
