OurPrime Brokerage department has an immediate opening for a Manager tofurther grow our Prime Brokerage department. Our entrepreneurialculture will allow for tremendous autonomy that affords you theopportunity to develop and grow the business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Source and manage prospective clientsRecruit, train, and supervise Sales ColleaguesSupervise Prime Broker activities and resolve issues as they ariseDevelop, nurture, and cultivate existing client relationsDevelop a personal style which supplements our current offeringsGrow revenue through cross selling initiatives (ie research,trading, etc.)Meet with industry vendors (fund administrators, accountants,etc.) and establish referral networkHelp brand Wedbush Prime in the investment communityPerform other tasks and duties as required and assignedExperience and SkillsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably inBusiness, Finance, or related fieldFINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, 57, 9/10 or equivalent5+ years of Securities Industry experience3+ years of Prime Brokerage experience, preferably in management roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with ability to multitaskAbility to work effectively and independently under supervisionand tight deadlinesMust be free thinker, self-starter, and comfortable in a team environmentWhat We OfferAs part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securitiesoffers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues.

A reasonableestimate of the current annual range is $140,000-$260,000. Colleaguesmay be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensationbased on the individual and the firm's performance. At Wedbush, it isnot typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of therange for their role.
