The Practice:

• Anticipate 70% Foot & Ankle initially - Ability to increase to 100%!
• Foot and Ankle Fellowship Required
• Trauma Level III call
• Call is currently 1:6
• Opportunity to buy shares into a physician/hospital owned surgery center
