Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists, OT, responsible for evaluating a patient's rehabilitation potential, establishing realistic goals, and planning and administering a treatment program which best meets that patient's individual functional capacity and tolerance to achieve that goal. All Occupational Therapy treatments and modalities are in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care at all times. PRN OT must cover one weekend shift per month.

Job Requirements

Maintains a current Louisiana State Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
Current BLS certification.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer knowledge
