Imaging, Lab, Procedure Rooms & OR Onsite: Yes

Requirements:
Active MI License
BC
ACLS, PALS
COVID Vaccination proof
Must perform both spinal and cranial
Prior experience (completed Fellowship w/min. of 2-3 yrs of experience)
