This organisation is currently looking for a Lead Estimator for their Austin office to play a major part in their expansion plans for the region.

The RoleThe role is to sustain growth and uphold winning work in the Austin area, whilst also being on hand to support other regions where possible.Typical size of jobs ranges from $50K up to $250M across diverse market sectorsSectors include - Healthcare, Higher-Education, Multi-Family, Federal and High-Rise.Oversee a team of around 3-4 estimators in the development of budgets and estimates from programs through guaranteed maximum price, but experience in bid-build tenders, with a track record of winning work will be advantageous.

Apply mathematical calculations with the use of relevant estimating software.Navigate and apply information contained in REVIT Models.Key ExperienceBachelor's degree in a construction related fieldWill have a background in project estimating across diverse sectors12+ years' experience in estimating, inclusive of relative field workExperience of managing a team in the Preconstruction areaRelevant estimating tool knowledge including: WinEst, OST, SmartBid, Excel and Word.
