As a Skilled Residential Landscaping Laborer, you will play a vital role in executing landscape installation projects to perfection. Working under the guidance of our experienced landscapers, you will contribute your skills and expertise to create outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Landscape Installation: Assist with the installation of various landscape features, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, laying sod, and installing irrigation systems.
• Hardscape Construction: Participate in the construction of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces using materials such as pavers, stone, and wood.
• Grading and Excavation: Assist with grading and excavation tasks to prepare sites for landscaping projects, ensuring proper drainage and soil stabilization.
• Equipment Operation: Operate landscaping equipment and machinery, including but not limited to, skid-steer loaders, excavators, and compactors, safely and efficiently.
• Site Cleanup: Perform site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in residential landscaping or a related field, demonstrating proficiency in landscape installation techniques.
• Skills: Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and equipment, with the ability to operate machinery safely and effectively. Knowledge of hardscape construction techniques is a plus.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
