This position will be based in Houlihan Lokey's Minneapolis office, working with their established team of Industrials Group bankers. Corporate Finance associates support all facets of new business development and investment banking engagements by:Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clientsParticipating in end-to-end transaction execution including:Preparing client marketing presentationsAnalyzing historical and projected financial informationDeveloping complex financial and valuation modelsCoordinating transaction execution and performing business due diligenceParticipating in the development of recommendations to clients alongside senior bankersManaging and supervising junior banking team membersQualificationsThe environment at Houlihan Lokey is collegial entrepreneurial, and as such, rewards high-performing team members that are driven to succeed with substantial responsibility.
