This position works onsite within the Structural Heart division in our Plymouth, MN office.WHAT YOU'LL WORK ONThis position is globally responsible for driving the commercial marketing plan for LAAO and PFO. The Global Group Marketing Manager is the core marketing driver of the Stroke Franchise success.

This is a leadership role requiring marketing strategy and product development while contributing to and influencing commercial marketing. The Stroke Global Group Marketing Manager will be the global product solutions expert including market sizes, trends, competitive share, unmet customer needs, product performance, benefits, weaknesses, and positioning. The Group Manager will lead our multichannel marketing plan, global POA process, and achieving our annual revenue target.

Ready to have fun!The Global Group Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team and developing marketing plan for LAA and PFO occlusion. Specifically, the therapy development plan will involve:Development of a franchise marketing plan for including driving share and volumeDevelop and own the multichannel marketing plan including design, implement and measure quarterlyIdentification of barriers to growth in key markets including EMEA, USA, Japan, China, Asia Pacific, Canada and Latin AmericaLead a team and set the visionWorking with customers, the field and geographic partners to identify opportunities to improve the procedure and develop key partnershipsWorking with the clinical marketing and the clinical function to drive publication strategy and podium strategy.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGExcellent communication skills-has frequent contact with key opinion leaders and broad customer contact as well as interfaces with senior-level management from cross functional groups and geographies to facilitate product related decisions.

Strong team player-ability to work as a key member of the global marketing team who is accountable to global marketing team as well as the product division and geographical marketing.Strong leadership skills-ability to function as the marketing lead on therapy, procedure and pipeline development.Project management skills-ability to manage complex projects and programs.

Ability to pull the appropriate level, functional and geographic functions together to support initiatives.Analytical skills-ability to develop therapy and disease models, market and customer segmentation, pricing strategies/models and business metrics.Key skills/experience preferred:Knowledge of cardiovascular disease, physiology and productsExperience in medical device product marketing and therapy development.

Knowledge/experience with customer base-cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, nursesUnderstanding of implantable medical products clinical and regulatory process and environmentsTravel requirements up to 30%Education/experience level required:5+ years in product planning or product marketingAdvanced knowledge in cardiovascular disease or medical devicesBS/BA in engineering, health sciences, marketing, businessMBAApply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
