Role: Fraud Engineer III Location: Greater Pensacola, FL (FT on-site).FT Onsite* - Must be on site 5 days per week.

Prefer GPO, but open to HQ Rate: $90 Need: GC, USC Job Description Employee Powered Member Centric - Journeys Member Centric - Mission Data Member Centric - OmniChannel Scalable & Flexible - Scal&Innov Scalable & Flexible - ASA Scalable & Flexible - Resil IT Significant hands-on SQL ETL development experience; ability to own and maintain SQL databases, connectors, feeds, and APIs from systems that provide metrics data. Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks (eg, Angular, React.js, Vue.js, Node.js). Significant experience and knowledge of software development practices including designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing distributed applications and systems.

Significant experience in troubleshooting and maintaining dynamic ETL framework Significant experience using MS Azure technology Extensive experience using a variety of coding languages (eg: SQL, Python, Notebook, PowerShell) Advanced knowledge of SSMS Proven ability to analyze data using Excel including use of complex Excel macros/scripts for reporting and data mining purposes from sources such as SQL databases, SharePoint, and other enterprise data repositories Ability to work individually, and as part of a team Experience in risk mitigation Significant experience working in Scrum/Agile; ADO, or a Kanban tool Advanced knowledge of information technology systems, processes, and application development Significant experience working with internal audit and external examiners Significant experience collaborating across organizational boundaries and building partnerships across functions Extensive working experience in Azure DevOps - Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse Development experience with data extraction Extensive experience using APIs and data gateways for synchronous/asynchronous data ingestion and distribution Extensive experience with Power BI and data visualization concepts and tools. Extensive experience with data mining, pattern matching, forecasting, sentiment analysis, cluster analysis or similar Extensive experience with Splunk, Archer and ServiceNow is preferable Extensive experience providing technical and data leadership to application development teams Prior work experience in the Financial Industry Professional certification in Microsoft Azure (Azure Cosmos DB Developer, Azure Data Engineer, Azure Database Administrator) Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced skill developing and implementing programs in a staff role Advanced skill building effective relationships with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, and vendors, through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact Effective skill to influence, negotiate and persuade to reach agreeable exchange and positive outcomes Demonstrated skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions Advanced verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills to communicate clearly and concisely technical and non-technical information to all levels of management Excellent presentation skills: ability to adjust message and filter details based on audience (eg, technical, business, management) Advanced skill interpreting complex mainframe copybooks, and XML data Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
