Key ResponsibilitiesConduct a Reinsurance Claims Training Program including developing a curriculum for new hires, as well as continuing education for existing employeesDevelop and expand subject matter expertise in key claims business processes and systemsChampion best practices and optimal systems utilization in support of best practicesDesign and develop easy to follow documentation to support end usersLiaise with Internal Audit in providing key control information and updating key control documentsCoordinate internal audit of home and branch officesLiaise with Enterprise Risk Management in assessing likelihood and magnitude of risk eventsPerform Ad Hoc Projects associated with Reinsurance Claims QualityQualification and SkillsKnowledge of claim systems, reports, and processes, presentation skillsFamiliarity with ServiceNow application a plusWell-developed organizational and time management skills are important to move a project from beginning to completion.Commercial insurance property/casualty claim-related experience preferredReinsurance claims experience preferredExcellent organization and analytical skills are essentialStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are requiredProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) is requiredAdministration experience with TeamThink a plusMust be self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative team environmentEverest is committed to recruiting and retaining the most talented individuals in the industry.
