Denver CRNA Position (Part Time with Benefits)

No Call, No Nights, No Weekends, All Ophthalmology ASC, Full Benefits in Denver.

Join our established premier team in beautiful Denver. Work is M-F only, 7:30 - 4:30, with No Nights, No Call and No Weekends. This is a part-time W2 position with full benefits on service only 24 weeks per year (weekdays only), at an all-ophthalmology ASC.

Responsibilities: Providing anesthesia services for only ophthalmology cases at an ASC.

Offers of employment made by Madison Street Provider Network are contingent upon the following:

• Valid documentation authorizing you to work in the United States
• Successful completion of reference and criminal background checks
• Confirmation that you are not present on the Office of the Inspector General's Exclusion list
• Completion of the Colorado Health Care Professional Credential Application
• Current and unrestricted Colorado RN and CRNA license
• CRNA certification with an entity recognized by the AANA
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Confirmation of insurability of professional liability coverage at standard rates and risks in amounts determined by MSPN

Employment and Benefits:

• Work schedule commitment (Monday through Friday) is 24 weeks of anesthesia
• Health Insurance - MSPN contributes towards the premiums with individual, or individual/spouse, or family plan available.
• Malpractice - MSPN provides professional liability insurance.
• Dues & Education - provides an allowance of $1,300 for dues, course tuition and travel
• Retirement - 401K program (after the first year matches 50% of employee contributions up to 4% of employee's income). The plan has a 5-year vesting schedule for the EMPLOYER portion of contributions (ie, the match amount), whereby 20% is vested in the first year, then 40% the next year, then 60% the following year, then 80% the next year, and 100% in the 5th
• Base salary of $108,000 paid bi-weekly (26 paychecks per year), with benefits.
• Signing/Relocation Bonus of $10,000.

The position is employed by Madison Street Provider Network (MSPN) which employs the Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, and CRNA in the practice as well. The name Omni Eye Specialists is just a branding name for the medical/surgical ophthalmology practice. All the providers are employed by MSPN, and their clinical practice is in the same building adjacent to the surgery center (Madison Street Surgery Center). It's very convenient, and a very nice collegial group, and their surgeons are excellent. Last year they were referred patients from over 600 separate optometrist across the Denver metropolitan area, and that clearly speaks very highly of their patient care, surgical skill, and the quality of the ASC.

Our base salary is provided as W2 Income with full employee benefits. The salary is paid in 26 bi-weekly paychecks. The ASC is closed on holidays so if there is a holiday falling during the week you are scheduled to work, then that day is off as well. There is no paid time off since the schedule is 24 weeks of work scheduled, and 28 weeks off. It is a very nice schedule and quality of life in a highly desirable location allowing very ample time to enjoy the amenities of Denver and the natural splendor of Colorado.
