It is a new team where you can build something and define the direction as the founding member, where you will also have exposure to Senior leadership team within governance.Position SummaryCyber and Data Risk Leader for Governance will be endorsed with a mandate to set the vision and execute on cybersecurity posture and data risks for Governance functions and will exercise the below responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities Holistic oversight over cyber & data risks/security topics: setting the vision in line with global Cybersecurity and Data strategy, providing directions and support to relevant cyber & data security initiatives in the Governance domain and its satellite initiativesProactive cyber & data protection risk management from identification and assessment to full mitigation, supporting global (eg, security policies, crown-jewels etc.) and domain-led (eg, role-based awareness) cyber risk mitigation initiatives in close collaboration with the Digital Risk Leader for ERP and Finance data domains, amongst others.

Spearhead the efforts to implement the recommendations of cyber & data security assessments/audits/reviews done by external and internal 3rd lines of defense by translating them into concrete actions and measurable results. Operationalize data risk requirements and related regulatory requirements as applicable.Define the threat modelling in the Governance domain and its satellite initiatives, provide recommendations for risk mitigation and attack surface reductionEnsure our Governance target architecture includes controls that are sustainable and mitigate risks and threats identified within business risk appetiteOperational resilience of the Governance domain and its satellite initiatives and reinforcing its capacity to absorb shocks and withstand adverse events (IT outages) or incidents (cyber) in close collaboration with Global security teams Critical supplier landscape (beyond SAP) & inventory and third-party risk management by identification of people, process, and technological dependencies stemming from third parties.

Enforcing cyber, privacy, operational resiliency expectations towards critical suppliers to reduce the risk exposure People & Risk culture: raising risk awareness of the whole Unify domain and its satellite initiatives (both global and local) Measure success: Implement success criteria, risk tolerance levels and concrete KPI/KRIs for the Governance cyber and data domainsWe know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience. QualificationsAcademic degree in Engineering from a technical university or an IT specialization from a business school or university.

Be experienced in assessing impact of technology upgrades on applications, security and related processes. Have knowledge of information security or data legislations globally and ERP domain.Experienced in large business transformation programSkills & AbilitiesSuperior organizational intelligence within Schneider Digital, Governance, Business, Operations and ecosystem Strong communication skills, multi-tasking and problem-solving, strong ability to influence and engage successfully with senior business & cyber leaders, regional leaders, business domain leaders and IT leaders Ability to work in a highly matrix organization with strong collaboration and conflict management skillsBe customer-& service-oriented (flexible and approachable)Hold strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate security principles, policies and proceduresTight deadlines, ability to prioritize, to handle and to maintain confidential informationHave the ability to motivate Leaders and teams in appreciating CybersecurityPreferencesDomain level expertise could be a strong plus: Governance, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales Data management, data analytics, data risk management experience could be an advantageExperience on ERP technology (SAP4/HANA or SAP Cloud an advantage)BenefitsSchneider Electric offers a robust benefits package to support our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave,?401(k)+ match, and more.
