Thriving Litigation Firm Seeks Coverage Opinion AttorneyThe Insurance Coverage Attorney will handle coverage analysis to clients for Excess Insurance; Reinsurance; Directors and Officers Insurance; Lawyers' Professional Liability Insurance, Miscellaneous Professional Liability Insurance, Employment Practices Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance.Insurance Coverage Attorney:They will be working and advising major insurance carriersWill be drafting coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters for insurersAdvising insurers on various contract issues in multiple jurisdictionsWill also handle and manage professional liability claims as third party administratorThis position can be 100% remote-Attorney must reside in California.
