Responsibilities
: Directing and preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports Overseeing investment of funds and working with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion Preparing financial projections and accounting services, growth plans, and directing staff Developing organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, and analysis Assisting with recruiting new staff members Collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Marketing Officer (COO) to develop strategic plans Analyzing financial reports ways to reduce costs Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required CPA preferred Minimum 10 years experience in accounting and financial management practices Experience in a senior management position Effective communication and presentation skills Extensive experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues Date Posted2024-04-04.
