ProHealth Partners, Inc. currently has Full Time COTA opportunities available in the Monroe/Lenawee County service area to treat and service home bound patients. Job Responsibilities:

Communicating daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork and turn in payroll
Keeping open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experience
Facilitating communication with Lead Occupational Therapist to manage patient care
Completion of in home therapy service, education to patients and caregivers and diligent detailed notes on all paperwork
Attend meetings (as needed with the Lenawee therapy team)

Job Requirements:

Ability to travel within Monroe and Lenawee County
Degree in Occupational therapy from an accredited school
Current Occupational Therapy Assistant License for the state of Ohio
Ability to travel to patient's home or facility
Strong communication skills
Home healthcare experience preferred
