Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Law Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to our clients in various business matters, including but not limited to corporate transactions, contracts, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of business law matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and case preparation.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and courtroom proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to help clients achieve their business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential liabilities.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing.
• 5 to 10 years of experience practicing business law at a reputable law firm.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant areas of business law.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
