Express has partnered with a leading provider of high-quality building products and solutions. We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the Trim-line and Scuffing departments. These are long-term opportunities with the potential for advancement upon hire.

Shift & Wage:

2nd Shift-Monday to Friday,12:30pm-9:00pm, $18/hour + based on previous experience

Position Summary:

As a Trim-line and Scuffing Department Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks including organizing products, staining, hinging jambs, hanging doors, assisting packagers, conducting quality inspections, ensuring count accuracy, and maintaining a clean work area.

Job Duties:

• Work collaboratively on an assembly line to produce high-quality building products.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Inspect, measure, and package products with precision and care.
• Operate machinery and tools effectively, with training and guidance provided.
• Identify and report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a heavy lifting manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic math skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, stoop, and reach up to 50lbs consistently.
