Requirements of special knowledge/skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
Data driven and results-oriented People Technology deployments experience.

A proven track record of leading a visionary strategy to deliver global, company-wide platform services at enterprise large scales
SAP HR&PY ECC, H4S4 or migrations to S4 HR and PY experience


Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with project sponsors, project stakeholders to define and deliver projects
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
  • Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
  • Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders
  • Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner Insatiable curiosity and ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects
  • Apply best practices to the software development life cycle (SDLC) for projects based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches, as well effectively coordinating the implementations across teams using very different approaches
  • Build and maintain integrated project schedules that account for internal/external dependencies, differing SDLC approaches, numerous constraints and adequately factors in some contingency for some unplanned delays while still being aggressive
  • Responsible for managing critical People Systems projects in the team to implement scalable and secure configurations in any tool managed by the team
  • Prepare the kick off and the documentation needed for SteerCo and LT meetings.
  • Ensure effective scoping and project success metrics are defined based on data, analysis and recommendations
  • Define and own project plan, monitoring and managing resources allocation.
  • Understand functional requirements to be able to define and track technical requirements order, principal interdependencies and change impact, ensuring tracking and reporting about the status.
  • Define, control and own deployment strategy and close collaboration with Digital Adoption and Change Management team.
  • Contributes to change management plan, including the communication plan, training and support.
  • Maintain traceability and mapping of comprehensive test cases with requirements to ensure correct coverage.

Oversee the test plan, management and quality assurance by:
  • Ensure the test strategy, alignment of resources and planning, creation of scenarios and test data creation are in alignment to the project needs
  • Support regression, end-to-end, performance and security testing performed by the testing and security team.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Provide support to Assurance tests after Implementation.
  • Obtain sign of tests, ensuring alignment of requirements with the solution.
  • Define the cutover strategy
  • Complete all quality gates to ensure progress through the plan -Define the support plan.
  • Handle, prepare and run Go/No-Go meeting.
  • Define, maintain and monitor quality gates.
  • heck that the documentation related to the project is updated -Document lessons learned
  • Formalize project closure and transition to BAU -
  • Support other members of the project team in terms of escalations and firefighting
