Business Analyst - Corporate Lending Experience - Dublin (Hybrid) - €450(EUR) Per day (Outside IR35) (Contract)
Location: Dublin Country: Ireland Rate: EUR450 pd
 

Trilogy International are looking for an experienced Business Analyst on behalf of our Financial Services client, based in Dublin. This is an initial 6-month contract, with 2 days per month required on-site in Dublin. The successful candidate MUST have thorough Corporate Credit/Lending experience and a strong background in loan origination.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements related to corporate lending and loan origination.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business needs, objectives, and processes.
  • Analyse existing loan origination workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process maps to support project initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in loan origination processes.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users on loan origination systems and processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in corporate lending and loan origination.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate lending/credit analysis, with a background in loan origination.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Solid understanding of loan origination processes, including credit evaluation, underwriting, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Knowledge of loan origination systems and technologies is preferred.
