I am now working with construction firm specializing in residential projects who are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years experience to join their team in Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor with tender preparation and evaluation
- Develop detailed schedules of rates for project estimation
- Liaise with subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information
- Conduct precise void measurements and quantification
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure project profitability
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of quantity surveying principles, excellent communication skills. Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
