Your new role
You'll make the day to day decisions on team, prioritising issues, use of contractors and developing the spares and stores as well as be accountable for the downtime and spending to senior management. The future growth of this department is very much down to you and your planning.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience leading maintenance as a supervisor, lead engineer or manager in a transferable industry and able to deliver fault finding, prioritising and project management within production maintenance
