Working Shift patterns

Early: 7am 2:30pm

Late: 2:30pm 10pm

Long day: 7am 10pm

Balfor Health and Social care are seeking out Support workers in and around the Stroud area that have experience working with adults with the following needs.

• Challenging behaviour
• Mental health

You will be required to work, within Residential homes, supported living accommodation, Hostels, Day Centres and rehabilitation units.

Requirements

• A minimum 6-month experience as a support worker within the last 2 years.
• Experience in Mental Health with experience with self-harm.
• Mandatory Training
• Competent within all aspects of care.
• Flexible and Reliable.
• Passionate about patient care.
• Must be a driver.
