We have exciting opportunities for experienced Recruitment Consultants, Senior Recruitment Consultants, Principal Recruitment Consultants and Team Leaders

As a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant you will have a proven track record in winning & delivering new business as well as strong account management skills to be able to expand into those new clients and increase the business done with them in various areas. We don't want just one vacancy filled as a Recruitment Consultant you will be tasked and supported to bring on multiple vacancies.
We currently operate in a number of industries including life sciences, engineering, IT, renewables and construction which are our key markets at present, but we are also looking to expand into new markets and want aspiring team leaders to come in and build new teams.

Experience profile
As a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant you will have previous recruitment or sales experience including

• Full sales and candidate life cycle.
• Proven biller in either contract or permanent recruitment desk.
• Account Management of clients.
• High levels of customer service.
• Use of social media to enhance branding and candidate attraction.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Proven business development.
