My client is a well-regarded Legal 500-practice which boasts a high quality private client offering, which it is seeking to bolster through the recruitment of a specialist lawyer to advise on a range of matters.

Working closely with the partner in charge of the department you will be handling your own caseload, providing advice on estate planning and wealth protection to HNW individuals as well as those with more modest assets, and will also be advising on complex wills, probates, Powers of Attorney, IHT and trust administration.

You may also have the opportunity to advise on matters with an agricultural leaning and with tax implications to consider, and the right applicant will find the work both challenging and very rewarding.

This is a superb opportunity for a private client lawyer of circa 5+yrs PQE or equivalent to join a thriving regional practice with an excellent reputation for providing high quality legal advice. Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract the best talent in the market.
