Our client provides practical, high quality and commercially relevant legal advice to public, private and third sector organisations. Their experience includes working with clients across central and local government, NHS commissioning and provider organisations, housing associations and private sector companies.

The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting our client with their vacancy for a Legal PA in their Commercial Property Team, in their offices based in Central Bristol - hybrid working is available for this role (2 days in the office)

In this role you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative activities which will help to provide excellent support to their Property lawyers and their clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications including email, phone and post
  • Liaise with our lawyers and clients to provide administrative support
  • Schedule travel
  • Plan events
  • Administrative support across the Property PA team

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone with:

  • Ideally previous PA or Secretarial or administration experience gained in a law firm
  • Excellent communication, organisational and team skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible and dependable, able to take the initiative.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.

The Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm

Central Bristol, no car parking (working from home & office)

£27-28,000
