Role Overview

The Email Marketing Executive sits within the Email and Engagement Marketing team. A friendly, driven and innovative team who work across multiple projects and campaigns at once. This role is suited to an individual who embodies commercial acumen and has a passion for email marketing as a discipline and recognises the value it can deliver towards the growth of the business. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting to produce and deliver email campaigns and provide a real opportunity to own marketing projects with the support of the business and key stakeholders. The role is suited to an individual who is looking for their next role in email marketing. From crafting compelling email content and campaign creation to deployment, post reporting analysis, A/B testing, and audience segmentation, you'll immerse yourself in all aspects of email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize email campaigns for multiple real estate sectors (residential, commercial, rural).
  • Collaborate with database management for audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimise email performance.
  • Manage email calendar and scheduling across departments.
  • Report on campaign performance and insights.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Automation and personalisation: Set up marketing automation workflows and personalised customer journeys.
  • Data management: Work with the data team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within SFMC, including list management, data segmentation, and synchronisation with CRM systems.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and analyse data to optimise campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and best practices: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (eg, GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and adhere to best practices for email deliverability, list hygiene, and subscriber consent.

Key SkillsWe are looking for somebody with a 'can-do' attitude, an appreciation of high quality deliverables and a structured way-of-working to keep on top of multiple requests. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who has a structured approach to multitasking.

Technical Experience

  • Comfortable with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HTML coding.
  • Knowledge and experience of using the full Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • A qualification in marketing is desirable, but not necessary.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Understanding of email marketing principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • An excellent eye for detail and good proof-reading skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to use own initiative to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Prioritisation and delegation are key to manage multiple marketing outputs at once.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills. Able to prepare reporting information in Excel and PowerPoint, and tell the story of what the data is showing us.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team player.

Team Overview

You will be joining a growing team of 80+ marketing professionals at an exciting moment in Savills 167 year history as we evolve as a Marketing team and brand to support the next chapter of the business's growth agenda under the leadership of Victoria Bennett, Head of Brand and Marketing. You will be based out of our head office at Margaret Street in London between four and five days per week. You will be empowered to balance your time effectively based on your stakeholder needs and the business objectives.
