Customer Experience Lead

Salary: Circa £40,000 Location: West London (Remotely on Friday s)

Skills required for the Customer Experience Lead:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in customer-experience roles, ideally in customer service within e-commerce.
• Proven track record in achieving strong KPIs (customer satisfaction, team productivity, quality).
• Comprehensive expertise with Zendesk at an administrative level, particularly with backend management and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills across email, chat, socials, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Ability to align tone with the brand s voice across all channels.
• Strong analytical skills for collecting customer data and improving team productivity.
• Creative and driven problem solver, passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
