Role: Head of Commercial Property

Location: Ashford, Kent

Hours: 9am-5pm - Flexi negotiable

Salary: 60k- 80k DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial property Solicitor/lawyer to head the department in their office located in Ashford. You'll have experience in supervising a team and managing a department and have experience in all things Commercial Property.

You'll take on current clients as well as being responsible for growing new business. The office is centrally located with great access to public transport.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 8 years PQE
• Planning Agreements. Mortgages. Sales & Purchases. Leases, tenancies & licences.
